Walt Disney World is just a few minutes’ drive away. The property is located within Veranda Palms, a gated community in Kissimmee, with direct access to major highways and quick access to Universal Studios and Orlando.
Are the pool and the grill included?
The heated pool is available upon request for a flat fee of $75 per stay. The BBQ grill is available for $50 per stay, which includes use, basic cleaning, and gas.
How many vehicles can be parked on the property?
The driveway can accommodate up to 4 cars, and additional parking is available at the community clubhouse. Parking on the street or on the lawn is not permitted; improperly parked vehicles may be towed.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. The property features a self-service check-in system with a key drop box—you don’t need to coordinate your arrival time with anyone.
Is it a safe and private place?
Yes. Veranda Palms has 24/7 security. The owners do not stay on the property during your stay, ensuring complete privacy. The property is equipped with outdoor security cameras.
